Returns & Refund Policy – Ruiti Keji Shop

This policy governs the right of withdrawal, returns, refunds and product replacements for purchases made through https://ruitikeji.com.

1) Withdrawal Period (14 Days)

Pursuant to European Consumer Law, the Buyer may withdraw from the contract without providing any reason within 14 days:

  • from the day the product was delivered (for a single item purchase);
  • from the day the final item was delivered (for orders consisting of multiple items delivered separately).

2) How to Exercise Your Right of Withdrawal

To exercise the right of withdrawal within the 14-day period:

  • send an explicit email to info@ruitikeji.com including order number, products to be returned, and full contact details;
  • within 14 days of sending your withdrawal notice, return the goods to the address provided by customer support (do not send items to the manufacturer);
  • include proof of purchase inside the package (order confirmation email or receipt).

3) Eligibility of Returned Items

Returned products must meet the following conditions:

  • the product must be unused and in the same condition in which it was received;
  • the product must not be damaged, scratched, broken, stained, altered or incomplete;
  • the product must be returned with its original packaging, accessories, manuals and all included components;
  • the product must be safely packaged for return shipping.

4) Items Not Eligible for Return

Returns may be refused if the product is:

  • already used or showing signs of use;
  • damaged, scratched, broken, stained or altered after delivery;
  • returned without the original packaging;
  • missing accessories, manuals, parts or included components;
  • not safely packaged and damaged during return shipping due to improper packaging.

5) Legal Warranty and Replacements

Products are covered by a 24-month legal warranty. Report any issues to info@ruitikeji.com with photos/videos and your order number.

6) Refunds

Once the returned items are received and inspected:

  • you will receive a confirmation email;
  • the refund will be issued within 14 days using the same payment method used for the purchase.

7) Sale or Promotional Items

Certain promotional items may have alternative rules (e.g., exchange or store credit instead of refund). Check the product page or checkout details.

8) Product Exchanges

Contact info@ruitikeji.com within 14 days from delivery for size/model exchanges. Shipping costs are borne by the Buyer.

9) Delayed or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund after checking with your bank/card issuer, contact info@ruitikeji.com with the subject: “Refund not received + Order Number”.

10) Return Shipping Address

The return address will be provided by our customer support team via email. Do not send items to the product manufacturer directly.

11) Proof of Purchase

Always required (order confirmation, receipt, or invoice).
